Last Updated: September 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Pavati Book ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, Mandals, and organizations that access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Pavati Book is a digital accounting, receipt management and organization platform designed for Mandals and community organizations. The Service allows users to manage members, record expenses, generate and share digital receipts, store documents, and view reports related to their organization's activities.
3. Account Registration
To use most features of the Service, you must register an account and provide accurate, current and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into the Service, including member details, financial records and uploaded documents. You must not misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it, or interfere with its normal operation.
5. Mandal and Organization Responsibilities
Where an account is created on behalf of a Mandal, trust, or other organization, the individual creating the account represents that they are authorized to act on behalf of that organization. The Mandal or organization is responsible for managing the roles and access levels of its Sabhasads (members) and for the accuracy of the organizational data recorded within the Service.
6. Plans and Subscriptions
Pavati Book offers Free, Standard and Premium plans, each with different features, Sabhasad login limits and usage allowances as described on our website. We may modify the features included in any plan from time to time. Continued use of a plan after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated plan terms.
7. Payments and Billing
Paid plans are billed in accordance with the pricing and billing cycle presented at the time of purchase. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge the applicable fees. Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or downgrade of your account to a lower plan.
8. WhatsApp Receipt Features
The Service allows receipts to be shared with contributors via WhatsApp. This feature depends on the availability and functionality of third-party messaging services and the accuracy of the contact information provided by the user. Pavati Book is not responsible for delivery failures, delays, or issues arising from the WhatsApp platform itself.
9. Financial Information Disclaimer
Pavati Book is a record-keeping and organization tool. It does not provide financial, accounting, tax or legal advice. Users are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of financial records, receipts and reports generated through the Service and for complying with any applicable accounting, tax or regulatory requirements affecting their Mandal or organization.
10. User Content and Documents
You retain ownership of the content, documents and data you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant Pavati Book a limited license to store, process and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and share any content you submit.
11. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures, including secure authentication and role-based access controls, to help protect data stored within the Service. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.
12. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, branding, software, and underlying technology, is owned by Pavati Book and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights granted to use the Service, nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.
